What time does the line start to form at the ticket booth?

Early in the season the lines start to form about 15 minutes prior to opening. As the season moves into October the lines start to form about 30 minutes prior to opening.

How long does each Haunted House take to tour?

This depends on many factors. The pace of your group will determine the time you are in the Haunts. Night Terrors on average will take anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes, while Horror High will take between 15 and 20 minutes!

Will I get WET?

Quite possibly! In both Night Terrors and Horror High there are a few wet situations that you may encounter!

Will my clothes get dirty?

We try to ensure that you stay as clean as possible, however dust and dirt on the floor might find its way onto clothing.

Are reservations available?

No. Nashville Nightmare is  first come, first served! However, you can avoid the long lines buy purchasing a Slash Pass!

Do you offer refunds?

No! Refunds are not available. Period.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept both MasterCard and Visa.

Can I purchase my tickets online?

Do you offer a way to avoid the line?

Yes. The Slash Pass!

Are the actors allowed to touch you?

The actors inside/outside the Haunts may get very close or even slightly touch you, but they will not grab you. Some props and animations are designed to touch guests inside the attractions!

What will happen if I hit or hurt an actor or prop?

You will be detained by a Metro Nashville Officer and charged to the fullest extent!

Are they any age restrictions?

Nashville Nightmare is recommended for Adults and Teenagers, but younger kids may come if parents choose to bring them! Carrying babies through is NOT ALLOWED! There will be no refunds given for any age that cannot make it through the attractions!

Can I enter the attractions while under the influence of drugs or alcohol?

No! Belligerent people may be asked to leave the property or be escorted out by police!

Where can I find Discount Coupons?

All Middle TN Halloween Express locations!

Are your Haunts wheelchair accessible?

Yes, both Haunts are wheelchair accessible! Please let our staff  know upon arrival.

Is there a lot of smoke/fog used in the Haunts?

Yes

Are there strobe lights in use?

Yes

Can I go in if I am pregnant?

It is not recommended.

Are there tight spaces, or hunching over in the Haunts?

Yes

Is the Attraction open if it rains?

Yes!

Is there security on property?

Yes

Do you have free parking?

Yes

Can we take Flash Photography?

Yes, but only outside the attraction.

Do you have public restrooms?

No. We do have portable toilets though.
